Macramé Stellar Atoll (“we”, “the studio”) operates from 14 Harbor Street, Kaohsiung, Taiwan. This policy explains how we collect and use personal data under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Taiwan.

We collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, and message content when you contact us via form or email. Session bookings may include experience level and preferred dates. Commission enquiries may include wall dimensions and delivery addresses. We use this data solely to respond, schedule services, and fulfil orders.

We do not sell personal data. Processors such as email hosting providers may access data only to deliver messages on our behalf under contract. We retain enquiry records for up to twenty-four months unless a longer period is required for tax or dispute resolution.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing [email protected]. We respond within thirty days where PDPA permits. Complaints may be directed to the competent authority in Taiwan if we cannot resolve your concern.

Updates to this policy are posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acknowledgment of the updated terms.
